What we collect and why

We collect only what you choose to send through the inquiry form on this site: your name, email address, an optional phone number, and the message you write. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you ask us to, to begin a planning engagement. The legal basis is your consent — given when you submit the form — and the legitimate interest of replying to a request you started.

Where the data goes

Your inquiry is sent to a form handler on this same domain (/api/inquiry) and is used only to respond to you. We do not share inquiry data with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site, and no such tools receive your data.

How long we keep it

If an inquiry does not lead to an engagement, we keep the message and contact details for up to 12 months so we can reply to follow-up questions, then delete it. If it leads to an engagement, the details are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long as required by Thai tax and accounting rules after it ends.

Your rights under the PDPA

You have the right to access, correct, copy, port, delete or restrict the personal data you send us, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email info@cloudrelay.click with the address you used. We respond within 30 days.
