What we help with

Services

Every engagement begins with your real numbers — contracts, invoices, billing cycle and cash position — and is scoped to how an independent consultant earns. There is no off-the-shelf package; the services below describe the work, and the engagements page sets out how that work is delivered and priced.

Cash-flow planning for irregular income

We model your income across good and slow quarters rather than smoothing it into an average monthly figure. The output is a month-by-month cash-flow view that shows where a late invoice becomes a problem, how long a project gap your reserve can cover, and what to bill — or hold back — to keep the practice running through a quiet stretch.

Reserve and buffer targets

A salary-based emergency fund does not map onto consulting. We size your reserve to your billing cycle and client concentration: how many clients, how concentrated they are, and how late they typically pay. The target is expressed in weeks of operating cost, not a flat multiple of salary.

Tax-aware structuring

For sole practitioners and small limited companies under Thai rules, we look at how income is drawn, what is retained in the business, and what is deductible — so the plan you act on is the one the Revenue Department expects to see. We do not file your taxes; we make sure the structure you plan around is the structure that gets filed.

Project-gap and late-payment planning

A single late-paying client can break a quarter. We build a short plan for what to do when one does — which costs move, which invoice to chase first, and when a credit line is the right answer rather than a panic.

Engagement review

For ongoing relationships, a scheduled review compares the plan to what actually happened with your invoicing and tax returns, then sets new targets for the next two quarters. This is planning as a working document, not a one-time report.
