Terms of service

These terms govern the advisory and planning engagements offered by CloudRelay Financial Planning Co., Ltd. By booking or receiving an engagement, you accept them.

The service

CloudRelay Financial Planning Co., Ltd. provides financial planning and management advisory — cash-flow planning, sizing reserves, structuring income for tax, and review — for independent consultants. The service is advisory only. We do not file taxes, audit accounts, sell or manage investments, give legal advice, or take custody of client money.

Engagements and fees

Engagement scope and fee are agreed in writing before any work starts. Starting figures appear on the engagements page; the confirmed scope and fee in your booking email govern over those figures. Fees are quoted in Thai baht (THB) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate information about your income, contracts and financial position. Advice is only as good as the information it is built on; we are not liable for outcomes caused by information you did not share or that was not true.

Our responsibilities

We carry out the engagement with reasonable care and skill, keep your inquiry data per the privacy policy, and do not represent a tax filing, an audit, or an investment recommendation as part of this service when it is not.

No guarantee of outcomes

Financial planning deals with future income, markets and tax rules that none of us control. We do not guarantee specific returns, tax savings or business outcomes. Engagement terms reflect advice, not assured results.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions are set out in full on the refund policy page, including the timeframes that apply to each engagement tier.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any single engagement is limited to the fee actually paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute is brought in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

Changes

If these terms change, the revised version is published on this page with its revision date. Engagements already booked continue on the terms in force when they were booked.
